Don't worry - our goods are insured during transportation and we offer breakage guarantee on all our products so we will send you new one(s) in case the parcel gets damaged.
In case the box arrives visibly damaged from the transportation please record that in the protocol upon handover. If the box is delivered in your absence and is visibly damaged, please take photos before opening the box. After opening of the box please take photos of the condition of the goods and reach out to us on customercare@klimchi.com, keeping your order number at hand, and we will help you out.
